One particular property in Georgetown stands out. We identified this property as being adjacent to a sale nearly a year prior, which at face value seemed to fit the bill. We approached the owner directly and had the opportunity to inspect that premises without involving a real estate Agent. 

Negotiating on their behalf, we secured a purchase price that not only fit within their budget but also represented great value for money. Throughout the process we liaised and coordinated with their broker, financial planner, accountant, and conveyancer to streamline the process. Beyond the purchase, we continued to assist by connecting them with industry professionals to facilitate an office fit out that was fit-for-purpose.  

 

The Result 

In just under 7 weeks, Chamberlain Brown helped Darren and Stacey find and purchase a new office space that was perfect for their business. The job didn’t stop there however, with Chamberlain Brown supporting Stacey & Darren through the settlement process and beyond.
